Carter Paving & Excavating, Inc. d/b/a Carter Site Services is a privately owned and operated company that has been serving the local community since 1994. We are a certified Baltimore City MBE Construction Firm located in Baltimore City. We have grown steadily from a small enterprise with a single crew to a company employing multiple crews, a large fleet of grading, excavation and hauling equipment. We apply tried-and-true construction methods along with modern technology and equipment to ensure completion and control of projects from start to finish. Our long-standing experience and knowledge of essential tasks, along with established relationships with subcontractors and owners, provides the foundation upon which our team can commit to the successful completion of your projects on time and within budget.
